About Interweave

Interweave is an affiliated group of the Unitarian Universalist Association (UUA). It was formerly called "Unitarian Universalists for Gay, Lesbian, Bisexual and Transgender Concerns". In trying to add "and Their Heterosexual Allies", the name was changed to Interweave (An organization for Gay, Lesbian, Bisexual and Transgendered People and Their Heterosexual Allies).

You can also see The Interweave Home Page or e-mail <alan@spdcc.com>.

Interweave meets twice per year--at 'Convo in February and at the UUA General Assembly in June (this year in Phoenix).

In 1997, 'Convo was February 28 to March 2 and was held at the First Unitarian Universalist Church in San Diego. The Theme was "Growing our Faith, Sharing our Souls and Strengthening our Community." The keynote speaker was the Reverend Scott Alexander, author and lecturer.

Watch here for details on the Upcoming General Assembly Meeting.
