| For Teams: |
|
| - Be ready to take the ice AT LEAST 10 minutes prior to the contracted start of the ice slot. |
|
| - Home team should have scoresheet filled out and timekeeper area staffed at least 15 minutes prior to start of the ice slot. |
|
| - Away team should appoint someone to get its portion of the scoresheet filled out in order for home team to have timekeepers box ready 15 minutes before ice slot. |
|
| - Home team please print this page and have a copy available in the timekeepers box. |

| For Officials: |
|
| Please keep the games moving as quickly as possible. Some ice slots are only 90 minutes. After the SECOND PERIOD of each playoff game, please assess the amount of time remaining in the ice slot and apply the regular season rule for putting time on the clock (divide ice slot time remaining in half and proceed ASAP to third period face-off). AT NO TIME WILL A RUNNING-TIME CLOCK BE UTILIZED. |

| When the third period ends, once again assess the amount of time left in the ice slot. If there are 15 minutes left in the ice slot, please proceed immediately to a five-minute overtime period. If there are less than 15 minutes, please proceed to No. 2 below. |

| 1 - Overtime (if applicable) |
| 2 Shootout (Best of five. Timekeeper should track the numbers of each player as they shoot. If tied after five rounds proceed immediately to sudden-death rounds to continue until winner is determined. Nobody can shoot twice until all players, except goaltenders, have shot once.) |

| 3 - If slot ends and Nos. 1 or 2 have not been completed, then team with fewest penalty minutes in the game wins. |
| 4 - If fewest penalty minutes criterion is a tie, then team with fewest penalties wins. |
| 5 - If fewest penalties criterion is a tie, then team with most regular season points wins. |

| 6 - If most regular season points criterion is a tie then team with most regular season victories wins. |
|
| 7 If most regular season victories criterion is a tie then team with fewest Goals Against during the regular season wins. |
|
| 8 If fewest Goals Against criterion is a tie then team with most Goals during the regular season wins. |
