ORGANIZATION OF THE B2 Advisory Group 4 The CIGRE Study Committee B2 - Overhead Lines consists of Advisory Groups, Working Groups and Task Forces.  The following diagram shows the organizational structure. Each block contains the name of the working group and its chairman. Each Working Group / Task Force reports to an Advisory Group.  Each Advisory Group reports to the Study Committee. At this time the Study Committee has 8 Working Groups.
