Yeah.. The first question, the answer to which everyone knows. It is simple! I mean answer =). U have to be PATIENT, friendly, help ops, give things that they need, tell about inviters, spammers. U must paste VALID CCS, WORKING and FRESH proxies, socks, ciscos, xlogins etc. U must help #CCards be more popular also. And the main thing: U DONT HAVE TO ASK FOR being op! That would only give u flag +b!

2) How can i become +v in #CCards?

Same as op. U have to PASTE VALID STUFF as ccs, proxies, socks, ciscos, xlogins etc. Dont forget not to ASK for +v, or i ll ban ya =\!

3) What triggers r usually avaible in #CCards?

We have many triggers. To know the whole of them just type !commands in channel.

4) Can i bring my triggers?

Yes, u can. But your trigger-stuff have to be VALID and NOT OLD! If u brought one tell ops and they ll watch it's commands. Triggers usually have +v. 

5) How can i contact #CCards crew?
