Birds will only be sold if they are healthy. Occasionally, a new environment may prove too stressful for them. If
they die as a result of this, it will happen within the first 72 hours. Please notify us if this happens and we will
replace your bird promptly.
We recommend keeping any new bird in a quiet area of your home until they adjust to you and anyone else that
may be caring for them.
When receiving a new bird, ALWAYS place it away from the rest of your birds for at least five days. This gives them enough time to
adjust to their new surroundings, and allows you to administer any preventative treatments against possible
illnesses or infestations. We will NEVER sell a sick bird.
We will provide a full refund for any bird returned for any biological health reason within fourteen days of purchase.
A bird that is sick from eating fermented or spoiled foods is not a biological health issue and a replacement bird or
refund may not be given upon our discretion of the situation.

We will replace any bird with another of similar description, or of equal cost, if it dies within fourteen days of
purchase. We will, however, need proof of death (yes, we ask to see the body) to complete this transaction. If a bird of similar
value, sex, or color desired is unavailable at the time death should occur and no other arrangement can be
made, a refund will be given.

If your bird is injured, such as a broken leg or wing when it is returned, a refund may not be issued.

If we feel a death of any bird was caused from neglectful circmstances a refund will not be issued.
