Whispering Lake is a privately owned and maintained community
consisting of 127 Condo units and 84 town homes (Aerial
Photo). The umbrella
board governs the property and clubhouse. Buildings 2 and 3 (Heiden
Gardens) are governed by condo association #1. Building 4 (The
Pines) is governed by condo association #2. The town homes have
their own association.
