Another month has passed, and Mac Scorpio was sitting in his office, listening to the tape from Interpol over and over again. Then Taggert comes into his office with a file.Taggert: Here are the pictures of the fence you wanted.
Taggert hands the file to Mac and he frantically goes through the file, finding the pictures. Mac's blood runs cold when he sees it.
Mac: It can't be...are you sure about this?
Taggert: Yeah, 100% sure. Why, do you know him?
Mac: Oh my God...Fasion...he is alive.
Taggert: Hey, what is going on?
Mac: My worst nightmare revisited...Did you find out if there is a location on him?
Taggert: Yeah, we found out he does business out of Europe.
Mac: Well, we are going to Europe so I can put this monster in a grave for real this time.
Mac and Taggert leave for Europe with some other specially trained officers. Mac fills Taggert and the other officers in on everything about Faison. The plane arrives in Europe.
(**Author's note: Because it would take so long to go through Mac and Taggert taking down Faison, I'll just tell you that after a few days Mac, Taggert, and the other officers find Faison and take him and his diamond smuggling operation down**)
After Faison is taken away, Mac is standing in what looks like a control room. He is curious to see what Faison was watching, so he turns on the monitors and he can't believe what or should I say who he is seeing.
Mac: Oh my God...Lucky. (Mac tries to catch his breath) Lucky, he's alive.
Mac tries to open the door, but no luck.
Mac: Taggert!!!!!
Taggert comes running.
Taggert: Yeah boss, what did you find?
Mac: (pointing to the monitor) Look.
Taggert: Jesus, Lucky! (Lucky is laying on the bed awake)
Just then, an officer comes in.
Officer: Comissioner, we found this on Faison, it looks like a remote control to something.
Mac takes the control and starts to push the button. Finally, the door opens. Lucky just lays in bed, pretty sure it is just Faison. Mac and Taggert walk in the room.
Mac: Lucky.
Lucky springs up out of bed; he can't believe who is seeing.
Lucky: Mac, oh my God, Mac
Mac walks over to Lucky and gives him a hug.
Mac: Have you been here all this time?
Lucky: Yes, Faison has held me prisoner all this time.
Mac: You know, everyone thinks you are dead. How is this possible? We had medical records, DNA and dental matches. Your parents IDed your body.
Lucky: He tricked all of you. he switched my medical records with whose ever body that was. And he started the fire, but not before making it look like an accident. And since the body would be burned beyond recognition, he made the records match so no tests would be done.
Taggert: And he took your necklace and put it on the body because he knew you would not go anywhere without it. And if it was found on the body, we would know it was you.
Lucky: Yeah, how did you know?
Taggert: I found it on the body, and I showed it to Miss Webber. And I told her it was found on the body and everyone knew.
Lucky: Elizabeth, how is she?
Mac: We will talk about that later--right now I want to get you out of here.
Lucky: Wait...just tell me if she is okay.
Taggert: She's ok...come on.
Mac and Taggert take Lucky out of the room. Lucky saw the monitors that Faison had been watching him on all this time. They walked outside the building and the light hurt Lucky's eyes. He had not seen daylight in almost two years. Faison was arrested and everyone got on the plane to go back to Port Charles.
Once they arrived, Lucky was taken to police station to make a positive ID of Faison as the man who kidnapped him. After Lucky gave his statement, Mac wanted Lucky to stay at the station so he could call his parents. But Lucky needed to see someone important.
