The Doctor smiled triumphantly as he looked at the TARDIS viewscreen. They had landed in the middle of a bustling airport. "Finally! Tegan's back home where she belongs!" he announced triumphantly. "Right time. Right date. Right location."

"Doctor?" Adric said, staring at the screen.

"What is it, Adric?" he asked cheerfully, already mapping out their next trip.

"I think you'd better look at this."

The strained tone of Adric's voice made the Doctor look up in alarm to study the viewer more closely. Slowly, his eyes widened in horror. "Oh, no," he groaned. "Well, maybe she won't notice." He tried not to look guilty as a beaming Tegan entered the console room with her bags.

After quick goodbyes to the Doctor, Nyssa, and Adric, she strode toward the door. The Doctor found himself holding his breath. A few more steps and she'd be safely outside. Then he could close the door and escape. She was almost there. Until she paused in the doorway. The Doctor braced himself.

Sure enough, her voice exploded across the room. "Doctor! This isn't Heathrow!" Tegan stabbed a finger toward a large sign hanging across from the TARDIS. "This is Gatwick!"

He shrugged helplessly. "Close enough?"
