This is our timeline for Project Synergy Works:
3:47 P.M. ---- Children arrive in cafeteria. If late, they need to show a pass explains
why he/she is late.
4:00-4:30 ---- Attendance and meal. No food outside of cafeteria. Children HELP
TO CLEAN UP.
4:30-5:30 ---- Staff takes own group to their rooms to do tutoring, homework,
and ACADEMIC. Children must have passes to go anywhere--
even restrooms.
5:30-6:10 ---- Enrichment for your track. The last 2 sections may be flipped, upon
teacher's disretion.
6:10 P.M. ---- Start lining up to head out to the buses. The buses will arrive about
6:15 pm, according to Transportation.
If you have to pick up your child, please be on time. You must come inside and sign in. |
