SpanikopitaKITCHEN - While still working at Bata, Wendy enjoyed ordering spinach pie from the local pizzeria. Wanting to try her hand at making it, she searched the internet for a recipe to use. Then, she happened upon "Middle Eastern Cooking," a book from the Time Life series called "Foods of the World.""I was just leafing through the book, and it stopped at spanikopita," Wendy said, "It looked like it might be authentic."
