Truoc and Ngoc
This is a photo that Dad took of Truoc and Ngoc at Dam Sen Park in Ho Chi Minh City.
Ngoc gets Married
VIETNAM - When Wendy had visited Vietnam with her parents and brother, she had met Truoc, Ngoc's boyfriend. In the fall of that same year, there had been talk of the two of them getting married, but with one small problem, Ngoc's grandfather. The marriage was postponed until Ngoc could try to convince her grandfather to allow her to marry Truoc. From what Wendy has reported, Grandfather has still not agreed with the marriage.Although Wendy would have really enjoyed going to the wedding, she did not have the vacation time to spend on another trip to Vietnam. Fortunately, Mom and Dad were able to represent the American side of the family. Photos were sent via e-mail the day after the wedding, and can be viewed here.
