OpSail 2000 in BaltimoreBALTIMORE, MD. - The tall ships had been arriving in the Inner Harbor for two days, and today, OpSail 2000 commenced. Tom and Wendy visited the event and photographed the ships in the Inner Harbor. There were ships docked at other locations in Baltimore, but the Inner Harbor was the main location, as well as convenient and having a great atmosphere. See pictures on page R7 when they are developed. |
