Ingredients:
- 1 cup sugar
- ½ cup vegetable oil
- 2 eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2/3 cup all-purpose flour
- ½ cup HERSHEY'S Cocoa
- ½ teaspoon baking powder
- ½ teaspoon salt
- 36 ROLO pieces
- 1 tablespoon milk
- ½ cup finely chopped nuts
Directions:
- Heat oven to 350°F. Grease 9-inch square baking pan.
- Combine sugar, oil, eggs, vanilla, flour, cocoa, baking powder and salt in large bowl. Beat on low speed of electric mixer until ingredients are moistened. Beat on medium speed 2 minutes or until smooth and well blended. Spread batter into prepared pan.
- Bake 25 to 30 minutes or until wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean.
- Place ROLO pieces and milk in small microwave-safe bowl. Microwave at HIGH (100%) 1 minute; stir until well blended. Spread over warm brownies. Sprinkle with nuts; press gently into top of brownies. Cool completely in pan on wire rack. Cut into squares. 16 brownies.
