Cruise Aboard the Voyager of the Seas

Voyager of the Seas docked in Cozumel

Royal Caribbean's Voyager of the Seas
The Voyager of the Seas, docked at Cozumel, Mexico.

MIAMI, FL - This cruise was an eight day cruise that left from Miami, Florida, stopped at Labadee, Haiti, Ocho Rios, Jamaica, Georgetown, Grand Cayman, and Cozumel, Mexico, then returned to Miami, Florida. There were also two "days at sea."
This cruise promised to be a great one, aboard Royal Caribbean's Voyager of the Seas, one of the largest cruise ships in the world. The ship was indeed impressive to Tom and Wendy. It boasted a rock wall, roller blading track, miniature golf course, and ice skating rink, among many other features.
During the first day at sea, Wendy tried her hand at climbing the rock wall. She made it to the top, with some help, and was sore for many days afterwards. On the second day at sea, Tom bought a piece of art at the "Auction-at-Sea." The artwork was called "Awakening" by Martiros Manoukian.
In Labadee, Tom and Wendy enjoyed the beach and some floating beach mats. In Ocho Rios, they went river rafting on the Martha Brae. In Georgetown, they were supposed to snorkel with sting rays, but the water was too rough, so they ended up going to Seven-Mile Beach. In Cozumel, they returned to Playa Sol for some more beach time.
