Wicca,
Book
Series. By Cate Tiernan

The first time
I set eyes on it (the first book Book of Shadows), I was searching
for a Circle of Three Book and I thought 'Are they going to
keep on bombarding us with more Pagan Fiction or what'. I
decided to buy it and I read it, it was an interesting read
until I realised the whole book and for that matter the series
was based around the idea that there are seemingly Blood Witches
and Wiccan Witches, this idea truly insulted me! The writing
style is bland and even the rituals have are tainted. It revolves
around a sixteen, year-old girl who is brought up in a Catholic
family and then with the introduction of a Wiccan hotty her
and her friends are sent persuing Wicca after him. I admit
there are some interesting parts but other than that, I do
not highly recommend it. Also at a quick glance and flick
through of the following books it goes on about Dark Witches
and Evil, and higher powers matching lower powers and just
general annoying crap. So read them if you want but be ready
to have quick outbursts of annoyance and buy your own copy
because you might accidentally burn it :) Rated
2 out of 5.
