As per previous discussions root beer floats were served at this week’s meeting.
Primary discussion centered on the upcoming presentation of safe zones.
Vince distributed the revised version of the safe zone handout that we are distributing at the meeting on Wednesday.
As a group we determined who was going to speak on each part of the handout. We also did a quick run over of the entire presentation to ensure that the presenters knew what they were speaking on.
The possible safe zone logo was passed around for suggestions and approval of the group.
The safe zone brochure was also passed around and discussed its role in the allies program. This brochure is a work in progress and many suggestions were made for its improvement.
We concluded with the discussion of possible fun activities for upcoming meetings. Suggestions were made for a movie night and more refreshments at meetings.
