The waitress/cook, Jessica Matluck is a New Yorker turned Belizean entrepreneur. She is a great resource on the area and a very cool person.  Above all, however, her food is incredible.

San Ignacio town center

The cafe is just a few buildings down from Eva's Restaurant.  It is the eco-tourism information capital of the Cayo district.
