The World Heritage Area is graded in 3 types of zones:

The Core Area  is most significant in historic and authentic value of urban structure and architecture.

The Transmission Areas  are more significant as representative for social-cultural development of the multi-cultural community in the past.

The Bufferzones  are more distorted in historic morphology and buildings.
