Ownership: Stichting Monumentenzorg Curaçao [Curaçao Foundation for Preservation]

Corner building, 1693, surrounded by Keukenstraat and Kuiperstraat. Two storeys with roofs. The premises were restored by the Curaçao Foundation for Preservation in 1990/1991. It is considered to be the oldest house in Punda. Characteristic for the early houses were the wooden galery and a roof with a little overhang without a gutter.
