WHAT IS DFF?

DFF stands for Dawson Fantasy Football, which is the league the Dawson family runs every two years for the European Championships and World Cup of football. The league has been running for over ten years now and has covered six international tournaments, from the 1994 FIFA World Cup to the 2004 European Championships. DFF is open to just family, friends and colleagues of Gary and Mike Dawson. The league is very popular with all the family's football fanatics - we've even got people in the Army overseas who still stay in touch to keep up with the league!

Each entry costs £5 and you get to pick a team of eleven players. Each player's performance is given points on different areas of the game. The team with the most points at the end wins the top prize (usually a cash sum) while the overall bottom team gets the 'wooden spoon' prize. For full details, check out the 'Rules' page.

The league has had a website for the previous two editions of DFF and they have been a big success, allowing participants and fans to keep up-to-date with the latest news, scores, statistics and standings when they wish to do so. This year's website has been designed and created by Adam Dawson, who is using this as part of his A-Level Graphics project.
