Kathryn tries to wake him up, but can't because of the unseen teacher. Soon, a shadow passes over Kevin and Kathryn looks white with fear. A ruler slams down on Kevin's desk, jolting him awake. The female Orocchi from The Beginning is stands in front of them. The camera then pans to the chalkboard, which reads "Mrs. Peller".

In the lunchroom, Kathryn, Robert, and Justin talk about Kevin's misfortune in Peller's class as he walks up. He can't believe he got another teacher angry at him, and Kathryn tells him he has a long list of those who dislike him. Kevin tries to defend himself, but stops as Rick and Sharon come to ask about the teacher that they have next period (Peller). Kevin starts to tell his story, but doesn't get to finish because of Rick and Sharon's constant interruptions.
Danielle walks up to them, somewhat apprehensively. Sharon asks what she wants, and Danielle asks them why they only patrol with a few people at a time now, instead of the larger groups they use to. Kathryn asks how she knows about it, but before Danielle answers, Rick asks if they need to be patrolling in larger groups. Danielle tells them that they have new enemies, and cryptically warns them that the new presence is sending death vibes to her.
At the factory that Persia has decided to use as a headquaters, Mike is gathering a group of minions and is teaching them the finer arts of fighting. As Persia watches, Mike has each one spar against each other to see who the strongest are. He selects a small group and tell Persia that he plans to watch the vampire hunters and find a way to lead them into a trap.
Mike calls a few of the minions he didn't select and tells them to go out and follow the various people, and warns them not to get into any fights.
Danielle, and her friend Kelly, are headed to a small club on the outskirts of Summer's Bend called Gold. As they approach it, Rick comes running up to ask Danielle some questions. Danielle steps away from Kelly for a second to talk to Rick. Rick asks Danielle if she is psychic, or for a reason she seems to know the things she does. Danielle explains that one of the afteraffects of the spell is that she is now 'connected' to them: she knows where they are, if they are using their powers or not, and any extreme emotion they might be feeling.
Rick asks her to keep a watch out on everyone, then leaves. Danielle goes to rejoin Kelly, but Kelly is gone. Danielle assumes she went into the club and goes in. In the back alley, we see a minion holding a knocked-out Kelly.
Back at the factory, Mike thanks the minion for bringing Kelly, then stakes her for endangering his plan. He looks at Kelly, and tells her she will make excellent bait. He then bites into her neck and tells the other vampires that tomorrow night they will put their plan into effect.
The next day at school, Danielle asks Rick if he has seen Kelly. Rick responds that he last saw her outside of Gold, and hasn't seen her that day. Danielle asks him to look around for her.
That night, Michael and Mylissa are out on patrol when Kelly comes running up to them with torn clothes, tears, and a bleeding bite mark on her neck. She screams for help, then collapses on the ground. Mylissa runs up and takes her pulse, and tells Michael that Kelly is dead. Michael tells her that they need to watch out, because whomever was after her is going to apparoach soon.
At her home, Danielle is reading, when she begins to 'see' what is happening to Michael and Mylissa, she runs to her phone and calls Rick, telling him that Michael and Mylissa are in danger. He thanks her and calls some of the others for help.
Michael and Mylissa cautiously walk through the cemetary, looking for the vampirs that killed Kelly. Michael is freaking out a little bit, but Mylissa tells him they need to keep cool for now, and freak out later. They soon come across Mike, who thanks them for wal;king away from the outside of the cemetary. Soon, Michael and Mylissa are surrounded by Mike and several other vampires.
Rick, Sharon, Justin, and Kevin run to the cemetary. Rick tells them that they need to try to surprise the vampires, so they need to keep quiet.
Michael and Mylissa attack the vampires with all their strength. Mike doesn't fight at first, but watches as the minions fight. Michael and Mylissa do a good job of fighting them, staking quiet a few, but the skill that the older, trained vampires have is starting to take its toll. Mylissa is soon knocked off her feet, with Michael unable to help her. Mike tells the minions to kill them, but one them lets out a scream and bursts into dust. Rick, Sharon, Justin, and Kevin have arrived.
Mike joins the minions in fighting the group. As his minions begin to slowly lose, he runs off into the night. Once he is gone, Michael and Mylissa tell Rick about Kelly. He asks them to lead him to her.
However, Kelly is no longer there whenever they arrive. Justin speculates that the vampire leader retrieved her after he ran off. Rick says that this most likely means that Kelly will become a vampire. He tells everyone to go home.
Back at the Rick's house, Danielle takes the news of Kelly's passing somewhat hard, but thanks Rick for trying to help her anyway.
Persia berates Mike for allowing so many to be killed, but admits that Kelly might have some useful information. She soon gets the names of the vampire hunters from Kelly, and begins to learn where they live, and where they work.
Orocchi Peller is shown talking on a phone in her house. She is apparently talking to the other Orocchi, listing the names of those she knows to be 'abominations'. After something is said on the other line, Peller suggest they bring in the Enforcer...
