WebTech U Tables ClassWebTech University offers a free online HTML 101 course, plus several advanced HTML courses that focus on specific topics. Tables is one of the advanced courses. The course consists of five lessons you read online, and five assignments you send to your instructor. After you complete the last assignment there is a short test. As with all WebTech U courses, you get two weeks to complete the course. And it's completely free! This is a fairly easy introduction to tables, so it's good for a beginner. But it does cover all the basics of tables, and several tricks that use tables to control the layout of text and graphics on a page. If you've been having trouble with bordered or layered backgrounds, this course will help!
