Model Railroad Club

T he sHOw Modular Model
Railroad Club began in the
summer of 1993. It is an HO
gauge modular model railroad
constructed in sections that
Join to make a laarge layout.
It features Lousville &
Nashville-SCL-Family
Lines-CSX rail operations plus
others that "lease" the rails in
Kentucky and Tennessee
scenery. Each 31.50" X 42"
module will be constructed by
the individual members
accorcing to cllub benchwork
specifications to insure
compatibility. Copies of the
working drawings are
available at the Hobby Crossing
store in the Fairview Plaza
Shopping Center. Join sHOw and
start your module today.

the prototype module
and construction details.
Charles Hogan will
show slides of the L & N.
John Warren Oakes will show a
model of the L & N passenger
station at Bowling Green.
Approval of the constitution and
the election of officers for 1994 will
complete our business for the day.

some of the finest model
railroads. It begins Saturday
December 4, 1993 at 5:30 P.M.

HOBBY CROSSING
STORE NOW OPEN

Aaron and Shawna Boggers
are the owners and operators
of the Hobby Crossing store
which opened October 11, 1993
in the Fairview Plaza
Shopping Center in Bowling
Green. The store carries a
complete line of model rail-
roading supplies in all scales.
Trains, track, buildings,
scenery, paint. Plastic, brass
and balsa wood in numerous
structural shapes and sizes
are available for scratch-
building models. They also
stock model planes, cars,
rockets, science projects
remote controlled vehicles,
comics, games, puzzles, model
railroading and other hobby
magazines. Business hours are:
10:00 A.M.-8:00 P.M. M-F,
9:00 A.M.-8:00 P.M. Saturday
and 1:00 P.M.-5:00 Sunday.
