Windsong is located in the beautiful Greenbrier Valley of Southeastern West Virginia. Mountains, valleys, trees, and great views combined with clean air and a quiet peaceful environmental for both adults and puppies. The Whippets enjoy big paddocks and lots of free time to grow and develop, both physically and mentally. They go out daily; rain or shine, warm or cold. Every care is taken to ensure that they are happy and well-adjusted. A very important part of our routine is a good feeding program and regular health care. All our adults and puppies are on a strict worming and vaccination schedule and a complete record is furnished with every dog we place.
I've been "in dogs" for over 40 years, starting with Affenpinschers in 1961. A strong background in Arabian Horses and the classical art of Dressage keeps me ever mindful of both type and sound structure. Unfortunately, due to responsibilities at home; I am not able to show my dogs as much as I used to, or as I would like. However, the Windsong dogs that have been shown have done extremely well.
The most important consideration when placing a Windsong puppy is a good home for the life of that dog. But any dog that leaves here goes with the knowledge that it can always "come home"!!!
