Alan was born on North Capitol Street near
the Capitol Building in Washington, DC. He
graduated from Wake Forest University with
a degree in physiology in 1980. He then
attended NC State in Raleigh NC before
transferring to Pennsylvania College of
Optomerty where he received his degree in
optometry. Alan is an optometrist in Hickory
NC where he resides with his wife and children.
Nothing is known about Anna at this time. Anna's
sister is a sitting judge.
Alan and Anna's childen are:
Aaron and Tom are
cub scouts. Aaron won a trophy for all A's
in the 3rd grade and another for the cub
scout derby races. Lucy takes tap dancing
and ballet.
Fall of 2002: Lucy and Thomas are 4th and 6th grade students, respectively, at St. Stephens Elementary School in Catawba County, SC.
