This is a time and space of love. A time to forget the past trauma and find yourself, who you really are, what you are really about now!! You are only hurting yourself to continue in the self-pity of re-living the trauma of the past. Release it now so that you may move forward. It is not without fear that you move forward but through the fear. Release the expectation that you will ever, never feel the fear of moving forward. It is the polarity in this human world; there is no way around it just through it. The sooner you let go of that expectation, the sooner you may begin walking through it.

Your life has been but preparation for your life's work, once you accept what you have been through as all that has made you who you are now, then you may begin your work more consciously. Thus relieving you of much heaviness. Dear ones you carry so much weight that is useless, it is up to you to let it go. You have to decide that it is time to release it. Then you will move forward more effortlessly and fulfill your desires within. You will realize that you can only fulfill them from within!! Ask yourself what is your passion? What do you like to do? Do you like to write? Public Speak? Are you creative? Do you like to create objects? Do you love to work with people, animals?? Children? Do you love working with computers? Do you love working in Nature? What ever it is that brings you joy, you can bet that that is part of your life's purpose. Start to follow that path, surrendering the fears of changing directions and leave the details to us. We will show you the way!! You just must take the steps you are shown …..one at a time!! You take guided action leaving the stress, fear and weight go!! Release it with your breath, you will feel the instant relief!!

It's time to stop the self-sabotage. You are your only enemy. Love your self for who and what you are right now!! Learn to accept the shadows you see before you. As you learn to stop running from the shadows and instead face them and accept them, you will then learn to integrate them. And that is the key. It is not to be rid of the shadows, for that is impossible (here), but merely integrate them. Remember once again, you are living in a world of duality, how could it be any different. If you did not have the dualities, you would not be here at this time. We are here to fully experience our Omnipresence. By experiencing what is not, we become closer to experience what is!!
