Application Engineer in IT Application Deployment (1996 - 1997)

  1. As a Project Champion for developing CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) Application for Duri and Minas SBU which used to maintain approximately 1,000,000 equipment for supporting our oil production activity
  2. As a Project Champion for developing Integrated Drafting Improvement Team, a team that has a task to integrate all drafting system in Caltex Pacific Indonesia (CPI), so that the documentation of all drafting is standardized, and a standard software used for al drafting team in CPI. The team recommended to all CPI drafting team to use Microstation 5.0 Windows version, with the integrated storage system in one centralized server
  3. As a Project Champion for developing PIDOD (PG&T Daily Operation Database) Application, an application that used for documenting any activity in CPI PG&T (Power Generation & Transmission). The application was built using Oracle 7.3 and Developer 2000. This application also provide around 15 daily report for PG&T Management which will be used to make any decision for their team.

Analyst Programmer in Computer Application Department (1993 - 1995)

  1. Maintain CPI Financial Application. CPI Financial Application was a very big applicatioin writen using PL/1 and COBOL Language which support all CPI Financial activities.

Projects :

  1. Team Leader Site Coordintation (Project Management, Deployment, and Communication) of CASTIL (Caltex Standar Information Link) Project in CPI 1999 - now. The project will radically change the end user interface in CPI by providing a highly standard desktop for all users.
  2. Acting Team Leader of Hotline - IT Customer Services. During that period, I conducted a study that yield a concept called Single Point Of Contact for all IT Services in CPI.
  3. Involve in CIT (Calfais Implementation Team) as Change Control and Helpdesk Team Manager. My role is to develop a standard procedure for Calfais Helpdesk and Change Control. During this project I was working together with one consultant from Texaco (Our Parent Company from US).
  4. Involved in EyeGlasses Team. A team that provide a conversion program during CPI major re-organization in 1995. This team provide a temporary solution while waiting for Calfais to be implemented.
  5. Involved in CABE (Calfais Analysis Business Enhancement) Technical Team. A team which was formed to streamline changes during our new financial application implementation (CALFAIS). On that team my role is to lead 6 Jr. programmer to develop feeder system from old system to the Calfais system.
  6. Involved in Minas CREDIT (Cost Reduction Team), A team that pursue an effort to reduce CPI Oil Lifting Cost. My role is to provide an accurate data from our Computer System that will be used for further analysis.
