Any assumptions you make about your assignment must be written down and turned in to justify your plans.
For every $5,000 over or under the maximum allowed for the house you will be penalized 3 points from the project average
Pricing must be submitted on the typed form provided.
For this project ALL lots will slope from the front left corner of the house (as you look at the house) to the opposite cross corner on the rear.
Have people from your group check your work on this project.
