Activities Process 1:Mails sent to World Links Participants, World Links International instructor Buddy, inviting them to join and bring friends into the forum. Posting message on the http://etec.hawaii.edu/courses/ forum inviting members for the Tele collaborative project. Participants post messages on the discussion forum sharing their experiences, expressing their views, adding in their suggestions and solutions on the same platform. Participants of two or more classrooms meet online for topical discussions. Process 2:World links India participants and the new members will be mailed welcoming them to join with their teachers and students to post their views on the discussion forum. The best ICT weird story from each region will be posted on the discussion forum http://www.quicktopic.com/25/H/eGqpv5hWmtq and suggestions invited from all other regions. Probable solutions, anticipated problems of the posted messages would be shared among the participants who generate questions on the messages posted. Process 3:The regions do publication of newsletter in rotation fortnightly by collating information crosschecking authentication of the information. This would later be segregated among other participant groups once they start working on the Forum and the new letters will be archived at http://www.oocities.org/wlindia_innovations. The exchange of information, writings generate collaborative publications. Process

which is a collection of multiple sites, enables participants to
analyze the
website and share their feed back on the discussion forum.The

teachers ask question related to pedagogy and they will be redirected
