According to Tuesday Lobsang Rampa the Gardeners of the Earth are extra-terrestrial beings who look after many worlds just as a gardener tends a garden patch. The living beings that inhabit those worlds are similar to plants or crops that the Gardeners introduce or grow in order to develop that species, and man, animals, fish, insects and plants of the earth were all introduced to this world by the Gardeners of the Earth. There are many billions of inhabited planets and universes that the Gardeners survey, monitor and stock, the Earth is only one very tiny planet on the edge of one universe.
Like a gardener, they monitor and check the progress of stock, sometimes capturing specimens to test their development, introducing new species and eradicating weeds, which is why their space vehicles are seen and have been photographed by many different people in many different countries on this world.
The Gardeners of the Earth have tried various methods to monitor this planet including sending crews here (Satan, Horus, Osirus, Anubis, Isis, Zeus, Apolo, Aphrodite, Izumi, etc); transmigration of Souls (Jesus Christ, Mohammad, Confucius, Moses, etc) and surveying the Earth by either landing smaller craft here or monitoring from space.
Dr Rampa stated that the Gardeners of the Earth have found that there are problems with the female of the human species on this planet, namely to do with the reproductive organs, and the societal shift which is the result of women working outside the home with the next generation not being raised correctly. Further problems are with priests of various religions altering spiritual teachings to suit their own material needs or lusts; the Communist regime and the Arms Race.
The solutions he stated were for there to be a lessening in capitalistic greed, an end to the Arms Race, a retraction of Communism, mothers remaining at home to raise their children, for marriage to become respectable institution once more and a return to some form of religious discipline.
So why, do you ask, dont these UFOs show themselves, why dont they talk to the governments of this world? Because they dont have to! A gardener doesnt have to show up when a plant dictates, doesnt have to talk to a plant or tell a plant what he is doing just because the plant demands their attention. A gardener doesnt take a plant to see their manager just because the plant has ideas above its station.
If the governments of the world know about UFOs why dont they tell people about it? Because governments dont want to cause general panic and they dont know the reasons behind the visits of these vessels.
Why do you think it will cause general panic?
Because various priests have stated that man is made in the image of God, that man holds dominion over all creatures on this earth, and that mankind are superior to other sentient beings. The facts are that many of the extra-terrestrials do not look like the humans on this world, and the animals and plants are here to develop spiritually, lastly men on this planet are not superior to other beings in fact they are considered to be backward to many other beings on other planets.
