Liver Noodle Soup
INGREDIENTS:
I.
1 T. soy sauce
1 T. rice wine

II.
1-1/3 lbs. pre-cooked noodles
1-1/3 T. salt
1/2 T. MSG


1 lb. beef, pork, or chicken liver
3 C. oil for frying
3 medium-sized onions
6 1-inch sections green onion
12 C. water



6 Servings
PROCEDURE:

  1. Slice liver; shred onion.

  2. Heat oil for frying; deep-fry liver slices over medium heat until color changes; remove and drain. Reheat pan and 3T. oil, stir-fry green onion and onion until fragrant; add Ingradients I and 12C. water. When water boils, add Ingredients II and liver slices. When liquid boils again, portion into 6 bowls; serve.
