WORKOUTS
WORKOUTS CONSIST OF A 15-30 MINUTE WARM-UP, FOLLOWED BY SKILLS TRAINING AND NUMEROUS CARDIOVASCULAR DRILLS.  AS MEMBERS ADVANCE IN SKILLS AND CARDIOVASCULAR SHAPE, THEY MAY CHOOSE TO SPAR AGAINST OTHER MEMBERS IN A CONTROLLED & SUPERVISED ATMOSPHERE.  POTENTIAL MEMBERS ARE ENCOURAGED TO COME AND WORKOUT FOR ONE PRACTICE BEFORE JOINING.  THE WORKOUT SCHEDULE IS AS FOLLOWS:


LOCATION:  EVERYBODY'S GYM & FITNESS(on the cross section of Kendall Ave. & West Main St.)

TUESDAY:  7:30-9:00PM

FRIDAY:  6:30-8:00PM

SUNDAY:  12:00-3:00PM
