Military Service

Our nation has a long military history with wars for Independence (American Revolution), to deter invasion (War of 1812), to preserve the Union (Civil War), wars of expansion (Mexican-American War and the Spanish-American War) and the World Wars of the 20th Century.

Our family lines have a long tradition of service to the nation, from colonial times right up to present day.  This includes service in most of the significant conflicts America has participated in since 1775 (American Revolution, Civil War, World War II and the Persian Gulf War).  While none of my predecessors advanced very far up the chain of command, they made invaluable contributions to our nations formation, restoration and defense.
