I am trying a new program on my Palm – Life Balance. This allows you to input all your short and long-term goals, juggle them around, break them down into small tasks, adjust priorities and balances and this integrates 2 way with the Date and To-Do apps. Looks like a great product. The whole concept really appeals to me.

I sent a picture of Betsey in all her mighty to Alexa. She was impressed. My how times have changed. I also set up a webcam on my geocites page and told Alexa about it. She phoned up in giggles and we had fun. I then promptly blew the download limit on my geocities account. Well it was fun if pointless while it lasted.

Marion and I emailed back and forth today. As we did yesterday. This was after an email in which she told me that we could not be friends. It was mainly daily bits and pieces of our life. Timmy Edwards might be coming over. Pat and Steve are due in less than a week. Marion has persuaded them to spend the first night with her. We then head up to Whistler. My back is playing up. I have some intense pain in my left shoulder blade and my left arm and hand often tingle. I have been to physio but it is not much better. I have to sleep on my back, which is challenging. I just want to be better for Whistler!!!

Sunday was quiet. Alexa was very coldy. We had breakfast out. Alexa went home about 4:00. I went to Marija's for a party. I went over by Seabus and bus. It was very nostalgic catching the Seabus. Sally and Troy where there and they gave me a ride home in the muscle car! That thing has a real growl.

Friday was Steve Noy’s birthday celebration. We went to the Granville Room. It seemed louder than usual – getting old I guess. Drank 6 pints very fast and felt sober as a judge. Scott Bulmer, Alex Smith, a Greg and us bottled out of going to the Wet Bar and went to the Loose Moose instead which was fun. They have sunken containers in the tables full of ice for your beer. Home by midnight.

Saturday, Claudia came by and we got takeaway and just stayed in and talked – usual relationship stuff. Alex was fading fast. Claudia made her a hot toddy, which perked her up. She wanted sex. I was up for it because I had hardly drunk anything. Tried a new position – it was fun but tiring. I came first – it was good. My shoulder got very sore while I was eating her. She nearly didn’t come and my shoulder nearly fell off.
