Millions of dollars exchange hands here everyday, from business transactions to tourists visiting nearby Bayside Mall with its elevated prices and carefully prepared "taste of Miami."
In this world, the Kindred are sure to abound and have stakes as high as the tallest building, if not higher. This steel and glass jungle, however, is the primary hunting ground of the high-class Ventrue. They, as a clan, control probably 50% of all the dealings happening at any given time in the area. Other clans, like the Toreador, have also investments in the area, and due to recent shifts in power, more than ever the Toreador are letting their presence be felt in the traditionally-Ventrue playground.
The Lasombra also control certain operations, while the docks nearby, and many of its associated enterprises are monitored, infiltrated and to some extent, controlled by the remaining Brujah in the city, now that the clan members have shifted their portfolio from vandals to power players.
