Clinic Fees

In Nova Scotia, an ND's professional fees are not covered
as they are for your medical doctor, and you will be charged
a fee for medical services. The fee for a 90- minute consultation
with Dr. Bishop Veale is $100 + HST, and subsequent visits
will be billed according to the amount of time required
and the service performed. Many private health insurance companies
and group medical insurance plans cover the cost of
Naturopathic consultations in full or in part.
Payment is due at the time of service, and it is the policy holder's responsibility
to submit receipts directly to their insurance company for reimbursement.
For your convenience, this clinic accepts cash, personal cheques, and visa.
This clinic does not wish to discriminate on the basis of financial disadvantage,
and the clinic's medical office assistant will work out a
payment plan for exceptional cases.
While visiting the clinic you will have the opportunity to purchase
various natural remedies from the medical dispensary if you wish.
