Flame Lords and Ladies are the people to seek to have these effects placed on your items, but you need to supply your own components; it is not the Flame Lord or Lady's job to do so. Be sure to be polite and tip if you can when you require their services because what they do for you is a priveledge, not a right.

3. fiery ruby (drops in Cerulean Lake)
4. fire dragon tongue (drops in Evermist Knolls in Good Realm)

Ice Sigils for Weapons
1. ice crystal (drops in Grey Mountains)
2. ice shard (drops in Arctic Glaciers, up the path)
3. ice gem (drops in Arctic Glaciers, up the path)
4. blue diamond (drops in Ice Castle)

Fire Sigils for Armor
1. small piece of ember (drops in Underdark)
2. glowing lump of coal (drops in the Volcano in Valley of Giants)
3. hunk of black rock (drops in Underdark)
4. smoldering piece of brimstone (drops mainly in Kaid, Fire Valley)

Ice Sigils for Armor
1. snow elk hide (drops in Frozen Wastes)
2. yeti's paw (drops in Arctic Glaciers, up the path)
3. mammoth heart (drops in Arctic Glaciers, up the path)
4. ice warrior's head (drops in Ice Castle)

Enchantments for Weapons
1. silvered - silver nugget (dropped by Orc Warriors/Feral Orcs, etc)
2. bright - rhino horn (drops in lower Serpent Pass)
3. shining - crocodile tears (drops in Great Swamp)
4. glowing - blue icicle (drops in Frozen Wastes)
5. lustrous - pulsing orb (drops in Volcano in Valley of Giants)

Enchantments for Armor
1. silvered - turtle shell (drops in trail leading to Great Swamp)
2. bright - wyvern scales (drops in opening in Grey Knife Peaks)
3. shining - snow worm larva (dropped by Snow Worms in Grey Mountains)
4. glowing - skeleton dragon bone (drops in DragonSpine in Chaos)
5. lustrous - fire root (drops in Volcano in Valley of Giants)
