Vacation Rental Rates:

Mid Season .............................................................................US$900/week.
High Season (June-August and all major holidays) ...............US$1050/week.
Pool Heat is $140/week upon usage.
We pay the 13% Florida Tax.
$250 Security Deposit refundable upon management company inspection.
