This is the first time I've ever been on an aeroplane, of course have to take a photo lah !

The first photo I took in Tasmania. At that time , I just arrived at this place, everything seemed to be very beautiful. This scene is just a somewhere.

First time went to Derwent Riverside. It's just 20 minutes walk from my house.
1st of Aptil '98, a friend and I just went to the riverside and walked along the beach till there was no road. It took us about 3 hours to and fro. It killed quite some films as well.

The round things behind me on the ground are actually dead bodies of jellyfish .There is a bridge behind, It's one of the landmarks here ,called Tasman Bridge.

Salamanca Market -- a tourist attraction in Tasmania. Well, We go there to buy vegetables every weekend.

I bought a boomerang at Salamanca, went to the beach and played until dawn...

Mount. Nelson

During the midterm break of first semester, Overseas Christain Fellowship (OCF) organised a camp at Blue Lagoon. This is the place. ( Too bad! I'm still a free thinker now. )

Some photos taken at Derwent Riverside on the first time I was there .
That reminds me a poem "There are two or three peach blossoms outside the village . When the water of the village river gets warmer , the ducks know first ..."

There are lots of yachts there ...

I saw the beautiful starfish on the beach, so took a photo for it.

That's one of the landmark in Tasmania -- The Wrest Point Casino . It's the oldest casino in Australia! (And now probably the smallest one also!)

This is the International Student Office of UTas. That day there was a very beautiful rainbow at the upper left of the photo , but ,too bad ,when I waited until there was no car and no other people , the rainbow was almost disappeared already . :(

St. Davis Park near the Salamanca place. The photos were taken at autumn...
The building looks like mosque. doesn't it ?

This reminds me another poem "The yellow flowers scatter all over the ground...."

This is one of my favorite photos . Thanks for the cameraman !

This is my house. Not big ,but comfortable and cosy. I'll be staying here for the next year also .

This guy is my housemate, Wong Jee Howe. He's from Penang. We met each other on the plane to Tasmania and after that we become housemates coincidentally! He takes good care of me and teaches me a lot.

Jer Min's birthday dinner. Bryan(right) is the cook.

Somewhere in the uni .The thing is a sun-clock. Very accurate !

This is the Hobart city, Since 1802(??) . The building behind is the general post office .
