Some bad things are kicking the can, kicking dogs, stealing money, stealing sodas, vandalizing property, shooting TV camera crew, and not paying for damages. Some good things are complementing the mayor, giving gifts to Roll, paying for damages, saving people, helping officers, giving donations, etc. This change is done abruptly so do be looking for shading. A sure way to get this is to shoot down the TV crew (green ship) while the pirates are attacking City Hall (you need at least Rng 3) or just kick the can into the bakery every time you renew the can. Win these at level A to get items. To beat Beast Hunter just stand still and kick, do not try to move and get more than one shot when able. When you get near level A you may have to time more for the flashing dog. To win Balloon Fantasy wait till you have better Buster parts and equip with high Energy and high Rapid. For the skating games just one word ... PRACTICE!!! But really push L, R, or Z to turn, Up to accelerate (yes you can), Left or Right to sway left or right, and down to slow down (yes you can).

Climb to the roofs by strapping the Jump springs on and climbing up the edges of low houses that have "round" roofs. The rest is just jumping roof to roof.
Missing Money
After Clozer Sub-Gate visit the station and find out that a man has lost a bag full of money. Trace his steps for the bag and return it for the Arm Supporter which will help make the Spread Buster.

Talk to the lady of the Jetlag Bakery in Apple Market.
Talk to the librarian of the Library in Downtown.
Talk to the girl in green at a soda machine in Downtown.
Talk to the prankster kid in red a few time to reveal the location.
Search the garbage can.

Bank Job
When the Main Gate is opened watch some TV in the Flutter. Is seems some Serve Bots held up a bank (and without Tron's machines...?). Go to Downtown and see them race off. Shoot the renegade car and grab the briefcase. It is probable easiest to let the car hit you so you are on to of it, then shoot. Now you can do two things. Return the briefcase and get 20,000 Z or leave downtown get 200,000 Z and become Dark Mega Man.
