(Good bye vacation, *@#&.) I'm Igne and welcome to the Console's Main Menu. Seeing as WoodenLeg plays a lot of video games why not make a site about it. To his disappointment there are a #$(* load of them already. So most of the pages are his notes and saved passwords of the games he's played and not extensive take-you-by-the-hand-and-ruin-the-game walk though. Although there is some good stuff.
Any RPG WoodenLeg has played will most likely have a complete shop list. Also there will be compendia (WoodenLeg took Latin and that is the correct plural form) of other useful gaming stuff such as Easter eggs, and setting your monitor for the best view.

Mega Man what more is there to say, over thirty games and the last survivor of a dying game genre, the action platform. Here are nice write ups for all the normal Mega Man's that where with Nintendo. |

I have to place other video games to make this section of my site a video game one rather than an RPG site. Star Fox is my favorite pilot game. The three different levels of challenge make it lasting and enjoyable. interesting and I have still yet to finish it. |

This is the best heroic RPG for the SNES period, and the last classic FF before they went to Playstation and through some of the original concepts of the RPG out the window. |

The third spin off Mega Man this is a great Adventure. (See jargon.) It has a good story line, comedy, and action to keep you busy. |

These RPG's are more likely remembered as Final Fantasy Legend for Gameboy. (This was the time Nintendo just slape that name around to associate it with the hit game.) Each game is a unique story with a nice mix of fantasy and science fiction, and will keep you busy. Since A) it has a unique class system B) has the old battle system that if you strike a dead enemy you "miss" C) your weapons continually degrade and D) there are no in game tutorials. |

I like this game as the RPG not the brain less sports dribble every ten whines about. Here are some of the more useful tricks from the game. (Let's see you write a game with 150 permutations and combinations and see if glitches don't appear.) |

Yes, this is where the madness began, back when Mana was considered to be ultimate and infinite magical power. This "prequel" to Secret Of Mana is my favorite for its dramatic story line and excellent music. This is another game which Nintendo just slapped FF on the title. It goes by the name of FF Mystic Quest, FF Adventure Sieken Densestu (1), and Secret Of Mana 0. Also here is Secret Of Evermore. This was the first and last game produced by Square Soft USA. It lacks that tradition Japanese Anime-ish drama, and has a old of reference to the lesser qualities of the US (like B rated Sci-Fi). It still is good for a laugh though. |

This is an more in depth Mario adventure. It actually has a touching story, but the comic value of the characters and events overshadows it. This game was made right when RPG's were being experimented by trying to integrate a more action orient play with it. (Like #$@*ing mini games, mini games do not make the game.) |
