Dear Tony;

Thank you for your "insightful" suggestions on improvements to our Iams and
Eukanuba dog foods. I would agree that if we could just somehow bottle the
essence of the items you listed, our foods would become more irresistible than
they already are -- although this is hard to believe!

Enclosed is some Food For Thought * back to you on why dogs do the things they do.
I have also enclosed a coupon for some free Iams food and biscuits, so you can
make your own comparison between your "experimental" diets and our foods.
