5 Day Upper Body Focus
If you are
focused more on your upper body than lower body, but would still like to train intensley, then this is the program to follow.  While the legs do get a sufficient workout, more time and energy is spent on upper body development. 
WEIGHT TRAINING AT THE ADVANCED LEVEL
5 Day Chest & Shoulder Focus
This is similiar to the "5 Day Upper Body Focus," but with more emphasis on the
chest and shoulders.
3 Days On, One Day Off (version 1)
Every muscle group is blasted
twice a week.  Probably the best program to follow.
