The
Overseer is the only deity in the heavens.
In
870
A.R., the Overseer kicked the Shadow Queen out of the heavens due
to her continuing interference in mortal affairs in Greyfeather.
Kensak, Draco and Arzeen left the heavens to do battle
with the Shadow Queen, giving up their godhood to do so. During the
war several of the remaining gods found that they could not stay neutral
and meddled in the war through chosen followers, angering the Overseer.
Just before the war ended, the Overseer sent all of the remaining gods
down to Greyfeather, thus emptying the heavens. The gods who were
banished from the heavens have disappeared into the land, their whereabouts
completely unknown.
