THE YIN-YANG QIXIGONG (THE EXERCISE OF ATTRACTING SOMETHING ON THE BELLY BY QI)

The yin-yang qixigong is the top kung fu of shaolin qigong. at the beginning of training direct the qi down to the dantian then to the left side of the body which belongs to blood part with a slow movement. after 3 minutes breathe in again and direct the qi to the dantain then the right side of the body which belongs to the qi part with quick movement. after adjusting the movement of blood and qi breathe out slowly for three times. at this movement convert the dantian with big inverted bowl. it will not loose because it has a strong attracting power of 450kg by the qi. after a successful training of this exercise, the belly can attract a enemies weapon and cause the enemy helpless waiting for death.
