He holds a bachelor's degree in International Relations from Colgate University in New York.
As part of his studies, Arnoldas spent a semester studying European Security in Geneva, Switzerland, and then working as an intern for U.S. Senator Richard Durbin in Washington, D.C.
During his studies, he has participated in debate teams and international debating competitions.
After completing his Rotary World Peace Scholarship, Arnoldas hopes to work for the Lithuanian government in its efforts to help Lithuania play a bigger role on the European and world stage.
