There are several interesting churches including the large Our Lady of Lourdes Cathedral, Puttanpalli Church and the Chaldean (Nestorian) Church.  The Archeological Museum, further along Museum Road is worth a visit.  It has temple models, stone reliefs, Gandharan pieces and reproductions of some of the Mattancherry murals.  It's open 10 am to 5 pm.  The museums are closed on Monday.
