Mon., April 11 Meet in lobby of hotel between 8:15
8:30 AM. Walking tour of Nice including Promenade des Anglais, Le
Chateau, Vieux Nice, and Place Massena. Monte Carlo Open (First Round).

Tue., April 12 Meet in lobby of hotel between 7:45
8:00 AM. Play tennis on red clay courts at Nice Lawn Tennis Club. Monte
Carlo Open (Early Rounds).

Wed., April 13 Meet in lobby of hotel between 8:00
8:15 AM. Excursion to Palais Princier and Vieux Monaco. Monte Carlo Open
(Middle Rounds).

Thu., April 14 Meet in lobby of hotel between 9:00
9:15 AM. Excursion to Musee Matisse and Cimiez. Monte Carlo Open (Middle
Rounds). Meet in the lobby of hotel at 7:15 PM. Dinner with group.

Fri., April 15 Check out.
Optional 3 additional nights of hotel (April
15-18). Monte Carlo Open Quarterfinals April 15; Semifinals April 16; and
Finals April 17.

All of the
times that we meet, excursions, and other things that we do on the tour are
optional for each person on the tour.

The cost of
the tour is $895 per person (assuming double occupancy). This
includes 5 nights of hotel, 4 days of Monte-Carlo Open tickets, buffet
breakfast each morning, daily train tickets to / from the Monte-Carlo Open,
welcome party the first evening, playing tennis one day on red clay
courts, and all taxes as well as having two tour hosts who will help in any
way possible throughout the tour (April 10 - 15).

Your flights
can be arranged to / from Nice as well as any additional flights, trains,
hotels in other cities, etc.

The total
cost for 8 nights of hotel (April 10 18) and tickets to all 7 days of
Monte-Carlo Open as well as everything else included in the tour is $1,295
per person (assuming double occupancy).

The cost is an
additional $45 per night if you have a single room.

There is no
cost for the excursions themselves. However, small additional payments may
be necessary to get into some places such as Musee Matisse, Palais Princier,
etc.

Kenny and
Marina Hirsch will be the tour hosts. Kenny and Marina have led many tennis
tours throughout the world since 1988 including four previous groups to the
Monte-Carlo Open. Kenny and Marina will lead the group on the excursions and
other activities listed above. Kenny and / or Marina will be in the hotel
lobby at all the times stated above and will help you in any way possible.

We will stay
for the fifth consecutive time at the Hotel Gounod, which is a very nice
hotel with a perfect location in Nice as 3, Rue Gounod. The Gounod is only
20 minutes by train from the Monte-Carlo Open. The hotel is also just 4
blocks from the beach and within easy walking distance of Vieux Nice, Place
Massena, Musee Chagall, and many of Nices other attractions as well as
being a short and inexpensive ride from Nices international airport. All
rooms have television, air conditioning, telephone, and private bathrooms.
Other features of the hotel include buffet breakfast each morning and access
to a rooftop swimming pool and Jacuzzi.
