In order to reserve a place on the tour, a deposit of 50% of the total cost of the tour must be sent along with this application form. The remainder is to be paid no later than March 1, 2005. The payments are not refundable. There is limited space and, therefore, the possibility that the tour could already be full when you send in your application and deposit for the tour. If the tour is already full, WorldWide Tennis Tours, Inc. will send your entire payment back to you.

Responsibility

Neither WorldWide Tennis Tours, Inc. nor anyone connected with it can be held responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged luggage. Neither WorldWide Tennis Tours, Inc. nor anyone connected with it can be held responsible for accidents, delays, changes, or any other problems that could occur on or involving airplanes or any other transportation including public transit. Neither WorldWide Tennis Tours, Inc. nor anyone connected with it can be held responsible for any injuries, illnesses, or deaths that could occur while on tour. No refund can be given if tennis matches are canceled due to inclement weather or for any other reason (even if one or more entire days of Monte-Carlo Open are canceled). No refund can be given if playing tennis is canceled due to inclement weather or if the court surface is changed due to inclement weather or for any reason. Obtaining passports and any other necessary travel documents as well as obtaining travel insurance is the responsibility of each tour participant and not the responsibility of WorldWide Tennis Tours, Inc..
