Franco Bonelli is the 21-year-old brother of Pecker and Shooter Bonelli. Franco was separated from his brothers at an early age and lost in the California foster care system. He ran away from his foster parents in his junior year of high school and lived on the streets of San Francisco where he met an older gentleman who took care of him in return for sexual favors.

When the older gentleman died from AIDS, he left his estate in a trust fund for Franco. When Franco turned 21, he used his financial resources to find Pecker and Shooter.

Wanting to be closer to his long-lost brothers, Franco moved to New Orleans where he leased storefront property in the French Quarter from the Westcott Family.

Franco now operates a combination gym, wrestling arena, sports bar, restaurant, and bookstore, collectively known as The Library. A tunnel leads directly to the courtyard belonging to Jeff Westcott's clubhouse.

Franco wrestled in high school and claims wrestling as his "first love."

Franco as a high school wrestler before he ran away.

He sponsors scholarships for gay teens aspiring to wrestling camp, the Olympics, or pro-wrestling. Among his beneficiaries are Ricco Bonelli and Joey Austin.

He most recently hired Joey as an assistant manager of the gym and wrestling arena at The Library.

He is a soft touch for strays and lost puppies. He frequently helps gay teens who live on the streets.
